This website is operated by VAYRUS KİMYA ARGE IMPORT EXPORT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. All users visiting the site are deemed to have accepted the following terms. The company reserves the right to make changes to these terms without prior notice.
2. Product Information and Disclaimer
The products offered for sale on our website are professional products developed in the fields of detergent, cleaning, disinfection and chemical formulations. Each product is offered with specific instructions for use. VAYRUS KİMYA cannot be held responsible for any damages that may arise as a result of incorrect, unconscious or uninstructed use of the products.
3. Order and Payment Conditions
Orders placed by the customer are processed after payment approval is received. All payments are made through secure infrastructures and customer payment information is not shared with third parties.
4. Shipping and Delivery Processes
Orders are shipped as soon as possible, depending on stock status and production schedule. Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address and carrier. VAYRUS KİMYA is not responsible for delays after shipping.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted for unused and unopened products within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns are not accepted for products that are specially produced and formulated according to customer demand. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All texts, images, product formulations, brands and logos on the website belong to VAYRUS KİMYA. They cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Privacy and Data Security

8. Legal Obligation and Authority
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices (or the courts of the place where the company headquarters is located) are authorized in all disputes that may arise between the parties.
