Refund Policy - The Basics

(Return and Refund Policy)

As VAYRUS KİMYA ARGE IMPORT EXPORT INDUSTRY AND TRADE LIMITED COMPANY, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, return and refund will be made under the conditions specified below.

1. Return Period and Conditions

You can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date of the product.
Item to be returned:
- Unused,
- The packaging is intact,
- Must be in resalable condition.
Returns are not accepted for used, opened or damaged products.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Customer-specific formulations
Campaign products (under some campaign conditions)
Products that have been opened, vandalized or have had their security tape removed
Products that pose a risk to hygiene (example: disinfectants, hand sanitizers)

3. Return Process

Please send your return request via e-mail to info@vayruskimya.com.tr.
After receiving return approval, you can send the product with the contracted cargo company or with a different company of your choice.
Once the product reaches our company and is checked, the refund process is initiated.

4. Refund Process

Your refund will be made with the same payment method within 5–10 business days after the return approval.
For credit card payments, bank processing times may vary.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Only the product price is refunded.

5. Defective or Faulty Products

If you have been sent a wrong or damaged product, you must share the situation with us with a photo within the day you receive the product.
In case of faulty shipments, the shipping fee belongs to our company and free replacement is provided.
