This shipping and delivery policy applies to all orders carried out by VAYRUS KİMYA ARGE İMPORT İMPORT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. We are committed to making the process transparent and reliable from the moment you place an order until the product reaches you.

1. Order Processing Time

Your orders will be prepared and delivered to cargo within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time may be longer during public holidays and promotional periods, but you will be notified of this in advance.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on the city/district where the order is sent and the carrier company, but is generally completed within 1–5 business days.
This period may be longer in rural areas or areas with limited transportation.

3. Shipping Fee

Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount. Such campaigns are stated on the homepage and payment page.
For orders under free shipping, the shipping fee is automatically reflected in the cart by the system.

4. Cargo Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will be sent an email notification containing a tracking number.
You can track your order step by step on the carrier's website.

5. Damaged Products and Inspection at the Time of Delivery

When receiving the product, be sure to check the package in the presence of the cargo officer.
In case of damaged, missing or opened packages, be sure to keep a record and report it to us on the same day.
Damaged products without a report cannot be returned/exchanged.

6. Wrong Address and Undeliverable Orders

Our company is not responsible for any delays that may occur if the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address.
Orders that cannot be delivered by the cargo company will be returned to us. In this case, the second shipping fee belongs to the customer.

7. International Shipments (If Applicable)

International shipments are made by private carriers. Delivery times and fees vary by country.
Customs duties and additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
